04. Tip

- 이미지 파일의 위치 : bin\debug\ 안에 위치해야함.

- C# 기반의 OpenCV 라이브러리는 C/C++ 기반의 OpenCV Library(DLL) 파일들을 "bin\Debug\" 폴더내에 같이 복사하여야 실행된다.

(다른방법이 있으므로 해결하길 바람)

[티스토리(Tistory)] SyntaxHighlighter Setting!!

블로그를 몇일(달) 째 방치하다가..

css과 관련된 홈페이지 설정을 만지작 거리다가. 티스토리에 css를 이용한 양식들이 있지 않을까 생각이 되어, 검색을 하였습니다.

정말 티스토리에 있는 추천 스킨보다 더 많이 있었지요.

아무생각없이 티스토리에 스킨을 적용하였더니,

기존에 적용되어 있는 구글광고 및 소스코드출력을 위한 자료들이 초기화가 되어 ㅠ_ㅠ

참조하였던 블로그들을 다시 살펴보고 추가하는데...

도저히, 다시보고 할 수 없어 필요한 것을 블로에 그냥 정리하고자 생각했지요.

요약판이므로 꼭! 젤 아래 참조한 블로그들을 보시길 바랍니다.

01. 관리창 > HTML/CSS 편집 > skin.html 수정

1.1 "</head>" 검색 하여 바로 위에 아래 코드 저장

02. 관리창 > HTML/CSS 편집 > style.css 수정

- 아래는 문법과 관련은 없지만, 티스토리 스킨(Skin) 변경으로 인해, 이미지의 Size가 제대로 출력되지 않을 때,

블로그의 폭(width)를 조정하는 것이다. 각 Style마다 width를 조정하는 것이 틀리니, 꼭 제작자 홈페이지를 확인해보아야 할 것 같다.

03. SyntaxHighlighter 문법 정리

- 기본적으로 "Pre" 를 많이 사용하고 있다. 하지만 스킨을 변경하면서 코드를 보니 코드에 line번호가 보여 지저분하게 되었다.

이를 위해서 몇가지 조사를 하다보니 아래와 같이 몇가지 속성을 지정해 줄 수 있었다. 각자 필요한 몇가지만 캐치하고 넘어가도록 하자.

위의 내용을 티스토리(Tistory)에서 사용하기위해서는 html tag 형태로 삽입을 하여야 한다.

위의 제목의 문제는 해결방법 이 간단하다.

아래와 같다.

왜 생기는지는 말안해도 알 것 같다.

그림을 첨부하고 싶으나, 윈도우에서 작업하고 블로그는 맥에서하다보니 못하겠다. 으하하.

For development : No. For publishing (i.e. Android Market) : Yes.

1) Locate the Publishing Settings under PlayerSettings
2) Create a new keystore by selecting a keystore name and password (confirm the password)
3) Select "Create a new key" under Key Alias
4) A new window opens; enter the necessary information.
5) Select the newly created key.
6) Build ( Run); your app is now signed.

n.b. Remember the passwords; they are not stored with the project (for security reasons).

[Unity3D] Animation 제어

본 블로그는 비공개글로 작성합니다.

Unity3d 에서 animation 을 이용하기는 쉽다.

단순히 Drag&Drop을 이용하여 삽입하고나서, 각 설정을 마우스로 가능하다.

하지만 현재하고자 하는 것은 Assetbundle을 이용하여 animation을 제어하고자 한다.

이때, 각 캐릭터의 속성으로 ~~animation~~, animator가 삽입이 가능하다.

각 contorller에서 animation을 제어하려고 하였지만 생각처럼 되지 않는다.

인터넷의 여러 블로그를 살펴보아도 제대로 된 설명이 없다.

Unity3D cafe 에서는 AnimationState(http://www.devkorea.co.kr/reference/Documentation/ScriptReference/AnimationState.html)를 사용하라고 한다.

옵션은 위의 옵션과 같은데 실제적으로 사용하는 코드는 아래와 같이 하니 동작하였다.

즉, Instance에 Animatior을 추가하고나서 추가된 Animator를 이용하여 제어가 가능하였다.

- speed = 0 -> 0으로 할 경우 멈춤.

- speed < 0 -> 0이상 할 경우 animation의 속도가 증가하였다.

마커를 찾았을 경우, speed = 1 로 설정하고

마커를 잃어버렸을 경우, speed= 0 으로 함으로써 animation 속도를 제어한다.

01. WIFI setting

- rtl8192cufw.bin copy to /lib/firmware/rtlwifi
- $cp rtl8192cufw.bin /lib/firmware/rtlwifi
editing of /etc/wpa_supplicant.conf
- $sudo gedit /etc/wpa_supplicant.conf
wifi driver install for linux
- move to Wireless USB adapter(EW-7811Un)/Linux/RTL8188CUSBLINUXV4.0.29000.20130911 and run install.sh
- $sh install.sh

02. git Setting

$sudo apt-get install git

03. Open terminal using right-click of mouse on ubuntu

$sudo apt-get install nautilus-open-terminal

  a. open "Software Sources" application
  b. Make sure you have enable the "universe" repository, or you should enable it.

05.Flashing for nvidia TK1

if nvidia TK1 need to initialize using ubuntu on virtualbox,
- first, Push button of reset on nvidia TK1 during 3 sec or 10 sec beacuse enter recovery mode of nvidia TK1
- sometime,Don't work "lsusb" command and TK1 recognize USB module. You need to reboot of TK1 and re-try to enterence of recovery mode.

렌더링하고 jpg로 뽑는 것 마저 내맘대로 안된다는...

visual studio도 첨쓸때 내맘대로 못했는데 하하.

그래도 책보면서 하니깐 더 해깔린다.....

맘먹은거 하나씩. 조금씩.

1일차

음....기본예제! CD에 예제가 없어서 그냥 안하는걸로..

2일차

마지막에 컵에 손잡이를 그렸는데 -_- 좌표계에 따라서 맘대로 움직인다.

3D를 공부하는 입장에서, 그냥 따라하지말고 똑바로 따라해야겠다 (그러나 디자인은 귀찮으니 이해하고 넘어가는걸로 ...)

Android Studio + NDK

Step #1. Create Android Studio project

- Download openCV4Android-SDK - link-opencv-for-android
- jni 폴더 생성
- javah 명령 설정
- MainActivity.java 파일에 native code 작성
- javah 명령 수행
Step #3. NDK build
Step #4. Write sources code

Step #1. Create Android Studio project

- 이름 설정

- 버전은 상관없으나, minimum 4.0~5.0으로 선택

- android Project 생성시 유의할 점은 없으나, Camera view를 사용한다면 empty Activity를 사용 할 것

- Project 생성함

Step #2. openCV4Android Setting
- Download openCV4Android-SDK - link-opencv-for-android
- 다운 받을 경우, (Win/Mac/ubuntu) OS 확인 할 것
- Tip, 개발환경마다 build 유무가 달라지지만 현재 3.1.0 버전에서는 build 오류가 있어 3.0.0 버전 사용함
- openCV4Android-SDK 는 자신이 원하는 경로에 압축 해제

- Menu > File > New > Import Module 선택
- Android-sdk/sdk/java path 선택
- (캡쳐하고 다름, opencv4Android-SDK-3.0.0 사용함 )

- Menu > File > Project Structure 선택
- Module dependency 선택 후 openCVLibrary300 선택 > 위의 그림과 같은 결과
- Alls files copy from openCV4Android_path/OpenCV-android-sdk\sdk\native\libs to app/src/main/jniLibs

To Do by yourself
- app/src/main 폴더 아래 jni 폴더 생성
- Menu > File-Setting 선택 > Tools 선택 > External Tools 선택
- ”+” 기호로 아래 내용 추가

Step #3. NDK build
- MainActivity.java ( app/src/main/java/mainActivity.java )

위의 코드를 작성 한 후, 아래의 그림과 같이 javah를 이용하여 jni/폴더 아래 *.h 파일을 생성해야함
Line(20) : native function을 작성하고 난 이후 아래 javah 명령을 수행 할 것

- 실행방법 : MainActivity.java 선택 후 명령 실행
- 결과 : app/src/jni/domain_com_MainActivity.h 파일 생성

Step #4. Wrtie sources code
- 아래의 코드는 순서 상관없이 작성 다하고 build 하면 됨
- build.gradle ( app/src/build.gradle )

주의사항
- Windows : Line(19) : commandLine “$ndkDir/ndk-build.cmd“
- ubuntu/Mac : Line(19) : commandLine “$ndkDir/ndk-build“

gradle.properties ( ProjectName/gradle.properties)
Android.mk ( app/src/main/jni )

주의사항
OS별로 path를 재설정 해야함. 다른 커뮤니티를 찾아보면 OS별로 setting 할 수 있도록 되어있는 code도 있으니 참고 바랍니다.(아래 code추가)
OPENCVROOT path(windows) : D:\androidStudio\OpenCV-3.0.0-android-sdk\OpenCV-android-sdk 와 유사하게 경로 설정 하면 됨
OPENCVROOT path(ubuntu/Mac) : /home/Android/OpenCV-3.0.0-android-sdk/OpenCV-android-sdk 와 유사하게 경로 설정 하면 됨
Application.mk ( app/src/main/jni )

주의사항
APP_PLATFOR의 Android-version확인 할 것
AndroidManifest.xml ( app/src/main/AndroidManifest.xml )

Permission을 확인 할 것
activity_main.xml ( app/src/main/res/layout/activity_main.xml )
main.cpp ( app/src/main/jni/main.cpp )

주의사항
따라하다가 위의 코드를 그대로 사용 하면 안됨. javah를 이용하여 직접 code생성 후 내용만 사용 할 것
최종 코드를 build 하여 실행하면 화면 영상이 counterclockwise방향으로 90틀어져 있음(portrait기준)
- 이를 해결하기 위해, flip() 함수를 사용하여 반전함
그리고 xml 파일에서 영상의 최대크기로 변경함(수정한 부분이 정확히 기억이 안남, 위 코드 참조)
MainActivity.java 파일에서 mOpenCvCameraView.setCameraIndex(1);로 설정하면 전면 카메라 (0)일 경우 후면 카메라를 사용함

위의 내용은 아래 블로그를 참조하여 테스트 후 재작성 합니다. 그리고 code는 찾아보니 github에 있어서 참조 code로 달아 둡니다. 마지막으로 지니모션(genymotion) 에뮬레이터로 실행하였을 경우, 실행 실패함. 디바이스에 직업 업로드 하여야 함.

시간이 지남에 따라 최신의 개발버전을 설정하기위해, 그리고 기존에 사용하던 버전을 사용하기위해 여러가지 설정 방법들이 있지만, 천천히 정리해둔 글을 포스팅 하려 합니다. (자세한 포스팅은 천천히) 아래는 현재 각각의 개발 환경 설정 부분 메모용.

windows 시스템 환경 변수 설정

시스템 전역 path에는 아래와 같이 추가

visual studio에서 셋팅하는 방법은 github-opencv.init 참조 바랍니다. 그리고 시스템 환경 변수에 위와 같이 설정 할 경우, opencv에 필요한 dll을 해당 폴더 혹은 windows\systemXX 폴더 아래 복사할 필요가 없음.

Introduction

- openCV를 사용하면서 다양한 버전을 사용하게 되었습니다. 이를 위해, Visual studio 설정을 일일이 변경하기 번거롭기때문에 Windows의 시스템 환경변수를 이용하여 이를 해결하고자 합니다. 위의 간단한 툴을 만들어 두었는데, 시스템 환경 변수에 자동으로 등록 하고, 각 버전별로 변경을 하기 쉽도록 만들어두었습니다. 아직 손을 많이 보아야 하는 툴이지만, 업데이트는 정리 후 천천히 하도록 하겠습니다.

Environments

제가 사용하는 openCV버전은 아래와 같습니다. 다 사용하지는 않지만 테스트용으로 사용중입니다.

CUDA8.0은 x86을 지원 하지 않네요.

Windows 시스템 환경 변수 설정

순서

시스템 속성 > 환경변수 > path(시스템변수)에 아래의 path 추가함.
- 문제가 발생하지 않도록 툴에서 수정하지 않습니다. 직접 추가해주셔야 합니다.
- ;%OPENCVDLL%;%OPENCVLIB%

Visual Studio Property Manager 설정

순서
- Visual Studio > View > Property Manager 선택
- MicrosoftCpp.Win32.user 파일의 Properties 선택
- Common Properties > VC++ Directories 선택
  - Include Directories : $(OPENCVLIB)\include;$(IncludePath)
  - Library Directories : $(OPENCVLIB)\lib;$(LibraryPath)
  - Debugging Directories : $(OPENCVLIB)\dll (<== 프로젝트 개별 설정으로 함. dll 파일들을 참조)
  - 위와같이 각각 path를 지정합니다. 위와같이 지정할 경우, 시스템 환경 변수에 등록된 path로부터 하위폴더에 있는 inlcude, lib 폴더를 참조하게 됩니다. 이에 따라 시스템 환경변수만 변경하면 visual studio의 설정을 변경할 필요가 없습니다.

openCV Library 관리방법

- Windows OS system이 없는 다른 disk에 openCV Library를 놓아둡니다.
- exam> D:\SDK\opencv_library_withExtraModule

- 각 openCV 버전 별로 하위폴더구성은 아래와 같이 동일하게 합니다. 그리고 etc 하위의 (haarcascades, lbpcascades) 폴더는 없어도 됩니다.

System Environment Configuration tools

- path를 추가하려면, _parameters\setting.csv파일에 추가하도록 합니다. (현재 툴에서 추가하는 작업이 빠졌네요)
- 툴설명
+ [System|User] radio 버튼 설정 : 시스템 환경 변수 (global/local) 로 방법 선택
+ [Registration] : 현재 툴에 저장된 path들을 환경변수로 추가함
+ [Save] : 현재 툴에 저장된 path를 setting.csv 파일에 저장
+ [CurrentSet] : Tools에 선택(checked)된 Library를 OPENCVLIB, OPENCVDLL 로 path지정함

+ [Double Click] : 위 그림과 같이 double click을 할경우, path설정할 수 있는 창이 뜸. path설정이 완료되면 자동으로 csv 파일로 저장됨 그리고 시스템 환경 변수에 등록완료됨

OpenCV 3.2.0 build with CUDA 8.0, TBB, extraModule

Introduction

현재 openCV3.2.0(최신버전, 2017.05.xx) 및 extraModule를 이용하여 cmake에서 빌드를 하는 방법은 많이 포스팅 되어있으나, 빌드가 제대로 되지 않아 포스팅 함
openCV 2.4.10, openCV 2.4.13, openCV 3.2.0 등 x86, x64 버전에에 대해 visual studio (2010, 2013, 2015, 2017) 제각각 돌려보았으나, 각 버전별로 차이가 있음. 그러나 중요한 것은 build tools의 호환성 문제도 있지만, 초보자들에 있어 path 문제 및 버전을 제대로 맞추지 못하여 생기는 문제로 생각됨
아래는 다 정리하지는 못하였으나, 몇가지 유의사항을 살펴본다면 별다른 문제가 없을 것으로 생각됨(?)

[deeplearning] python+tensorflow install issues

python3.6 버전을 설치 후 Jupyter notebook 을 설치하려고 할 때, 실행하면 위와 같은 문제가 발생한다.

이에 대해, ananconda 및 python 등의 버전을 변경하면서 여러번 설치 및 삭제 등등의 방법을 해보았지만, 역시 구글링을 통해 해결하였다.

#문제점

ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'markupsafe._compat'

위와 같이 검색하면 됨.

#해결방법

Here is a simple solution. Since it is a decode error, it can be solved by changing the console's coding to utf-8. Just run

$chcp 65001

$pip install markupsafe

결국 콘솔에서 encoding 문제로 인해 jupyter 가 실행이 되지 않는 것이다.

시작 > cmd > 콘솔 실행

이후 위와 같은 명령어를 실행 후 jupyter notebook을 실행하면 제대로 실행된다.

openCV2.4.6 Setting 문제

01. Visual sutdio 2010 버전 사용중임.

=> 이전버전처럼, Debug/Release 를 하나의 폴더에 넣고

include

library

폴더를 셋팅을 하면 프로그램 실행 시 에러가 발생한다. 즉 충돌발생!(Build 는 둘다 성공한다.)

그래서...Debug/Release 를 각각 설정해줘야 한다.

그래서 해결방법.

Project 종속성 설정으로는 많이 사용하는 Debug Library 를 설정에 집어넣는다.

그리고 현재 Project로 돌아와서는 Release 모드에서 Release Library 를 집어 넣는다.

이미지는 첨부안함.

즉, Release/Debug 중에 먼저 위에 등록된 녀석만 제대로 빌드/실행 된다. 라는 말이다.

아래는 내가 사용하는 2.4.6 버전(나한테 맞게 컴파일한 버전임..) Library List 이다.

Project DLL 로 만들 경우

DLLProject 가 현재 기존의 Project에 연결되어, 컴파일 될 때 같이 되도록 해야한다.

방법

- DLL (실행) project 에서 DLL Project의 Dependencies 를 걸어준다.

Project > 마우스 오른쪽 > Project Dependencies

Debug/Release 모드에서 Debugging을 하기위해서는 위의 Dependencies 를 연결 후

현재 Unity3D를 이용하여 증강현실 시스템을 개발중이다. Unity3D는 C#, Javascript의 언어를 사용한다.

현재 기존에 개발하였던 모듈의 언어가 C,C++,Java 로 구성되어 있다. 그래서 난 C++ 로 구성되어 있는 클래스를 그대로 사용하기 위하여 C의 DLL 모듈로 만들어서 땡겨서 쓰려고 한다.

이전에 Android <-> C의 통신을 위하여 native C를 사용해보았는데, C<->C# 또한 조금 다르게 코딩이 되어진다. 더군다나 DLL 로 만들어서 사용하기 때문에 디버깅은 미궁에 빠지게 된다.

첫 경험이란게 정말 소중할 정도로. -_- 포스팅해두자. 난중에 되면 까먹는다.

그래서 현재 아래의 방법을 이용하면 거진 하고 싶은 것은 할 수 있다. 라고 생각함.

다른방법도 있지만 지금은 현재 완료되어 있는 부분부터 해결 하고 넘어가도록 하자.

현재 Unity3D 의 C#코드에서 C코드를 사용하여 processing하고자 한다. 상황을 잘 이해 하였는가?

In the field of artificial intelligence, a confusion matrix is a specific table layout that allows visualization of the performance of an algorithm, typically a supervised learning one (inunsupervised learning it is usually called a matching matrix). Each column of the matrix represents the instances in a predicted class, while each row represents the instances in an actual class. The name stems from the fact that it makes it easy to see if the system is confusing two classes (i.e. commonly mislabeling one as another). Outside artificial intelligence, the confusion matrix is often called the contingency table or the error matrix.^[1]

If a classification system has been trained to distinguish between cats, dogs and rabbits, a confusion matrix will summarize the results of testing the algorithm for further inspection. Assuming a sample of 27 animals — 8 cats, 6 dogs, and 13 rabbits, the resulting confusion matrix could look like the table below:

In this confusion matrix, of the 8 actual cats, the system predicted that three were dogs, and of the six dogs, it predicted that one was a rabbit and two were cats. We can see from the matrix that the system in question has trouble distinguishing between cats and dogs, but can make the distinction between rabbits and other types of animals pretty well. All correct guesses are located in the diagonal of the table, so it's easy to visually inspect the table for errors, as they will be represented by any non-zero values outside the diagonal.

In predictive analytics, a table of confusion (sometimes also called a confusion matrix), is a table with two rows and two columns that reports the number of false positives, false negatives, true positives, and true negatives. This allows more detailed analysis than mere proportion of correct guesses (accuracy). Accuracy is not a reliable metric for the real performance of a classifier, because it will yield misleading results if the data set is unbalanced (that is, when the number of samples in different classes vary greatly). For example, if there were 95 cats and only 5 dogs in the data set, the classifier could easily be biased into classifying all the samples as cats. The overall accuracy would be 95%, but in practice the classifier would have a 100% recognition rate for the cat class but a 0% recognition rate for the dog class.

Assuming the confusion matrix above, its corresponding table of confusion, for the cat class, would be:

01. 우분투 설치 후 terminal 을 실행하고 아래와 같이 순서대로 작성하면 됨.

12.04 버전에서는 시냅틱관리자가 설치되어 있지 않기 때문에 소프트웨어센터에서 검색후 설치 할 것. (권장은 아님~, 혹시나임.)

$sudo apt-get install postfix

* postfix 를 받아서 설치를 한다.

$sudo dpkg-reconfigure postfix

* 환경설정으로 들어가서 여러가지를 선택하게 된다.

* 공백으로 Enter 로 넘겨도 무방하다. 단 아래의 설정은 꼭 하길 바란다. (도메인이 있을 경우)

Service Name 설정란에서 domain.ac.kr (자신이 원하는 도메인)

$sudo gedit /etc/postfix/main.cf

* 메일 폴더 설정

아래의 내용을 main.cf 파일의 젤 마지막에 추가하도록 하자.

(reference 로 연결되어 있는 페이지에서 업데이트가 되어 libsasl2-2 라고 해야 됩니다. )

* saslauthd 파일 수정

#sudo gedit /etc/default/saslauthd

바로 아랫줄에 아래의 내용을 작성하자

아래는 사용자를 추가하고 메일폴더권한설정을 하는 곳이다.

$sudo chown -R (유저이름):(유저가 속한 그룹) /home/(사용자계정)/Maildir

$sudo chmod -R 700 /home/(사용자계정)/maildir

현재 Setting 된것으로 outlooks으로 테스트를 해보면 receive 는 잘되나, send 가 되지 않는다.

SMTP 쪽 부분이나, 위 마지막에 잘못된 부분을 수정해서 고쳐보도록 하자.

현재 사용하는 서버에 문제가 많이 있으니, .....후딱 고치도록 하자.

언젠가 시간날때 web에 XE 올리는 방법을 간단히 정리해서 올려야지!

dataclass 의 type 수를 2개만 줄건지 그 이상 줄건지 확실히 하도록 하자. 그렇지 않으면 svm 의 predict() 함수의 return 값이 원하는 값이 아닐 거다!

[ubuntu/windows] 멀티부팅시 grub rescue

문제점

- 윈도우를 부팅하였는데 어느날 grub rescue 이라는 글자가 콘솔로 보인다.

- 윈도우와 linux 계열인 ubuntu 를 사용하고 있는데, ubuntu 파티션 부분을 삭제 하였다.

삭제방법은 아래와 같다.

- 내컴퓨터 - 하드디스크 관리 설정으로 간다.

- 우분투 파티션은 할당해제,

- 윈도우 파티션에 확장을 선택하여 파티션을 하나로 통합한다.

- 분명 문제가 될꺼라 생각하고 있었는데...재부팅하자마자 ㅡㅡ..2시간이 흘렀다. 삽질 ㅜ_ㅜ

- (맥에서는 iso 파일을 정녕 굽을 수 없는것인지, 모르겠다. 이 추운날씨에 그걸 걸어가다니../)

해결 방법

- 준비물 : 윈도우7 CD(USB가능), 또는 콘솔로 부팅할 수 있는 boot 파일,

- 순서

- 윈도우 시디CD삽입

- 윈도우 설치화면 까지 들어감. 이때 왼쪽아래 복구 메뉴가 있다.

- 드라이버 로드(?) 인가 누르고 이것저것 눌러보면 콘솔을 선택 할 수 있는 화면이 뜬다.

- 이때 아래의 화면과 같이

X:\Sources>bootsect.exe /nt60 d: /mbr

(d: <- 는 현재 windows 가 설치되어 있는 드라이버)

참고사항

- windows설치된 버전이랑 CD의 버전은 상관이 없다. 무조건 아래의 콘솔화면이 뜨기만 하면된다.

- 나도 안되는 줄 알았는데 말이지.

- 참고 URL 은 네이버에서 grub rescue 를 검색해서 나오는 블로그 대부분들. 맥에서 검색한거라서 링크가 없네요..
